The company give us some short term courses

It is great place to be, always have some challenges. It's always gives the mind the excise. No great feeling is more than see the problems solve, and the bright smile of the guest. It builds the greatest relationship between us and our guests.

Pros: If you honestly and hard, great rewards is what follow you.
Cons: Sometimes there is situation force to work overtime, even you will not got paid for.

Working with people it always feels good. It could be outside employees or inside employees, the good thing is each day something new will be introduced;which means everyday is learning curve.

Pros: Promotions do given to every hard worker
Cons: Promotions most come with fixed salary,
