Been a great experience

It's been a great experience a story for a lifetime. The only battles I had was with a spiteful coworker whom they tend to protect, but that's okay. My relationship with all other coworkers has been very supportive and warm, everyone always tries their best to work together giving a helping hand to the next one.

Pros: Takes good care of their staff
Cons: Don't know how to weed out the bad from the good

Pros: Working for seabourn is good , because there's a lot of growth opportunities,you can study while working,and they can pay for your studies,they take care of their employees,and always put safety first and their workers mental well being is a priority.
Cons: I love working for seabourn .the culture keeps you motivated and derivated

Excellent opportunity

Seabourn is an international luxury cruise line which is very nice to work for. With all the opportunities gaven to the employees, meeting our phenomenal guest, getting to travel the world yet I am at work is just a bounce. How ever it is a contract job which at this point I would like to have something permanent and settle down in my home country, h. ence. Training at Seabourn is one of the best and everytime one is done with training a certificate would be issued. I learnt a lot about customer anticipation, I learnt more about attention to detail and how to create "wow" moments for our guests. Going beyond what is expected from me was a great satisfactory experience. e I'm applying tfor this job.

New opportunities

The company is great for travel and growth within the industry. You are able to learn and see hospitality from a different perspective. The hours are long and you spend most of your day interacting with guests and crew but meet a variety of people from different nationalities and countries.
