There is no room for growth

I have been in the oragnisation for 10 years,There has been no room for growth.Hence my experience has grown for management position.Looking at the way the organisation has grown.The only challenge is a qualification.

A learning experience

For the past 2 months I've been contracted with DOH Seanda Health was only part time I was a locum nurse and was paid 100 per hour which is not catered for above. At DOH I got paid monthly for those 2 months . With Seanda I was a locum at Sovereign Foods. I gained experience of an occupational nurse . Working in harmony with colleges which you happen to see at shift change over. You had to have good management skills as you are alone in your shift. Working with doctor when doing planned medical examinations e.g. pre employment, periodicals, and exit medical examinations. Dealing with those injured on duty could be challenging especially with serious injuries, but I would handle it and immediately refer to the nearest hospital.

Pros: For me it was a great opportunity to explore other avenues of the nursing practice

Excellent learning curve

• Clerical / Admin • Staff bookings o -cancelling of staff o -excel, Ms Word, & power point o - Telephone • checking hours received from hospital • Assist the manager with orientation and preparation • inform our nurses about the rates and tax deductions • Aliasing with clients on daily basis

Pros: opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours

Self description

I am very passionate and dedicated individual who can work under pressure it's either alone or with a team. Computer litracy and have driving skill and a licence. Punctuality is what i value most because time is the most important commodity in life.

Was a very good permanent first job and learnt more about the corporate world.

i am very diligent , honest, loyal and fair in the character of management. i do my work with more than is expected of me, i complete tasks timeously.

Pros: goin home early and all my ideas for staff growth accepted and challenged to more than my capacity
Cons: long hours and competing duties that are not in my field but complete them with dignity

Fun and informative

Each day is unique and there is always a new challenge. That is a good as as it challenges one to be critical thinker. The team is responsive always willing to help.

Excellent

I love working early, leaving late making sure tasks are completed, good relationship with colleagues, i love a challenge and complete with pride. I dnt accept challenges that i cannot complete successfully

Excellent agency

Improve working environment make staff feel happy suggest staff to become permanent staff being unpaid no medical aid no benefits from Seanda Healthcare.

Empowering

Our working environment is very calm and friendly, but at times we have to be under pressure due to late time-sheets that needs to be invoiced still, dealing with co-workers is very easy as everyone is willing to help where help is needed, and as employees we have the same to provide the best service as possible to our employees. It is always good to be interacting with our employees so that we understand their things from their levels as the professionals they are, but also a great challenge to deal with them if hospitals do not process their time-sheet.

Excellent learning curve

I have experience in administrative assistant, supervising and managing other staff members and I have a reputation of always maintaining a good working relationship, with everyone from client to management. Multi-tasking is a major skill needed for this position, which is something that comes naturally for me

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
