My work week includes excessive travelling. Handholdng client staff and providing training on system functionality and assisting in resolving issues. Providing progress update to municipal management on a monthly basis. Compiling the monthly billing sheets which are then used to generate the invoices for the client. Provide assistance to colleagues. I've learned how to think on my feet and be proactive in resolving issues within my control (issues that do not require intervention from web developers).

Good place to learn or advance your career.
I co-ordinate all our learning programmes,currently i'm uploading learner achievements on the LMIS system since most of our programmes have come to an end.I do follow ups on status of our extension of scope or accreditation.Through my work i have gainied knowledge on how to deal or submit WSP/ATRs.The company has given me an opportunity to have an SDF certificate or do SDF course.
Pros: The company treats everyone equally and fairly
Cons: some projects require working over weekends and travelling for days

Excellent learning curve
Great company to work for, I've been working for the company for the past 6yrs, I've grown from the date that ive started to date. Happy to have added value and impact on the both the company and resources.
