I am a term player and work very well with my co-workers, management in our team they are very supportive and motivates us. I love solving problems (I describe myself as a critical thinker with business acumen) I can work with systems and know how to emplacement a company goal. the most challenging aspect is when you need support of management but they do not support you.

Work well under pressure. Problem solver.

Resolving clients issues. We implement account systems and have to ensure accounts balances and the client is happy. Ensure junior accountants have work. Review junior's work to ensure it is accurate and complete.

Pros: I enjoy my work
Cons: No procedures or manuals for the work that we do. So i have to be on my feet all the time and come up with new methods.

Experience in the Local Government financial and operational environment

We mostly focus on Local Government, Municipalities. The company provides a very nice atmosphere to work in. it is a good place to work and learn. But you travel a lot and are away from your family on a weekly base. I have gained experience and have been exposed to a fully integrated ERP system. I enjoy the people I work with, we try to keep the working relationship positive and professional

Pros: You see the country
Cons: Not clear on promotion possibilities, no medical aid, not enough leave

Its a great place to work in just that sometimes we are nit being trained properly

Im currently enrolled in a learnership with Seta, being trained by or rathrr using the facilities of Sebata, for an MCSE qualification... I've already obtained a MCP qualification and looking forward for other qualifications. We are beng trained in athe good way, and do love the work environment.

Pros: Great learning environment and experience.
Cons: Long hours
