Excellent for growth

It's a strictly regulated environment which doesn't allow for mistakes. I have grown professionally regarding people management and starting up contracts. I mostly enjoyed witnessing desperate people looking for employement getting one and being grateful and willing to work diligently. Seeing them transform from sad to a happy worker is priceless for me.

a master in LRA,BCEA able to work independently and under pressure. have sound understanding and knowledge of HR/IR process competent to do all arbitrations and conciliations at the CCMA including Bargaining councils. detail knowledge of the ccma rules and procedures including legal drafting of notice of motion including rescissions and argue point in limine etc. can draft condonations applications and review grounds for the review of labour court matters. can draft rule 11 applications and urgent applications for the labour court

Hardworking, punctual and accurate

I am a recent graduate whose looking for a job that is suitable for my qualification attached on my resume. I am eager to work independently and also with team to achieve a goal at a given time frame. Have been at this company for over 9 years

It has always been a challenge to wirk here due to the fact tat eberything was bit disorgaised at first abut as time gies in with the chanhe if manahement everything becime nirmal.

Good working conditions & experience

Excellent working condition, good experience on Aviation, good co.operation. Excellent skills for working as a team&also individual.Good communication skills&understanding. No racism, respect each an everyone culture.

Difficult Industry .Not enjoyable. No credit for hard work

Very frustrating. No support. Thrown in the deep end .Very difficult industry. Cut throat industry. I'm pursuing other opportunities .Not enjoyable. Service industry.

Hard working and learn fast

I enjoy the challenges that comes with the position. I also enjoy the fact that I am independent and not micromanaged as the employee allows me to do what I deem to be in the interest of the business.
