Securitas SA is an International company

Management of Security personnel and admin staff, incident management, risk management, management of daily roosters, meeting with clients to assess their needs and concerns, team work is what prevails and important, I enjoy the systems we use to do our daily work, manage staff , sites and monitor progress daily. Working hours are flexible, I enjoy that a lot. The challenge is dealing with 250 people, you have to be smart like I am.

Pros: It's an international company using best practices
Cons: I'll discipline among some staff

Challenging environment

Global Company ... Local people Some Managers are under qualified for what they do Little room for growth, the same people seem to get all the offered training Top heavy management with exorbitant targets and not enough resources Male dominant Limited training offered

Pros: Global knowledge available
Cons: Time consuming sales process
