Good learning experience
its a lot of great pressure and I enjoy working around ma colleagues. I was moved from one position to the next in 3 months. I had multitask and do call centre and administer the office. 80 percent of each day I worked under pressure and it got to a point where I got used to everything and knew everything in each department. this helped me a lot because when one of my colleagues was absent I knew how to help their department. The most challenging situations are when 2 of my colleagues who manages their departments were absent and other colleagues know nothing and every complain would be sent to my desk andbi would have to deal with and still do ma daily task. we dealt with insurance so every complaint needed clarity and a full detailed report. I would end up staying 2 more hours just to finish my admin work as I dont like overlaping my work

Excellent Learning experience
A typical day consists of accepting any electrical or plumbing claims from the insurance companies. We thwn dispatch the claims to the artisanss who will then go to the clients. I enjoy the industries a lot because I'm constantly learning something new and different. My re relationship with my co-workers is great as we have good team work. The most challenging aspects of the job can be the clients as you do get those difficult ones.
