Knowledge was always power in learning

working at seifsa was a very good experience, both the organisation and stuff members at large.The safety of employees was always their first priority and well taken care of at all times. The relationship between both employers and employees was always professional and working hard at a workshop was always an employee drive force as we were taught to expand our skills in every aspects of our lives and what we do.I had the ability to work under pressure and be self motivated,and also to work both independently and in a team based environment. The most thing i have learned to enjoy was to understand the power of good communication, to be enthusiastic and to be determined and eager to learn new things everyday. The most challenging thing i have encountered was when mistakenly connect the wires wrongly as it will cause explosion and results in damaging of conductors

Pros: great opportunity in terms of expanding skills and more knowledge in the industry
Cons: not understanding what to do at first was always a major problem
