Good for me its a learning curve

I enjoy working at the company, I have a good relationship with my boss and co-workers. Im dealing with different clients on a daily basis, I enjoy my work and i learn how to deal with different clients. working at this company is a learning curve for me and Im also growing as a person. The most challenging aspect is to deal with complaints.

Excellent learning

1. We maintain daily administrative duties 2. We have reflected a good team effort among others. 3 I have genuinely learned to working alone and work as a team effectively and I also learned how to avoid conflict in the work place. 4. Having different values causes a lot of challenges but I have learned how to resolve them in order to achieve tasks successfully.

Pros: Less opportunity for promotion
Cons: Normal working hours

Exellent

working in Hunan resource has touched me a lot.i learned to be patiant because most of the employees can be difficult sometimes and I always managed to come them down.i enjoyed my work as solving problems is one of my tip experience .my mentor was very helpful also and I also learned a lot from her as I was the intern.
