Working to gain exposure to the work environmnet

I would say the company has a great potential to grow. It can even have a huge career development if it can groom each area to have an IT technician to help with IT related matter than having one or two IT guys working at Head Office.

Pros: Lack of development
Cons: Days to leave and from leave are not one is looking for, and there is no salary given when going on leave
