Fast Learner. Like a challenge. lots of experience in many fields
I was on the road 4 out of 5 days and did my reports and appointments once a week in the office. Time spent with staff was minimal as my focus was on the clients (engineers, formants, technical staff and management including the buying departments) My nature is to work with people on all levels as I have years of sales, marketing, training and development experience. Challenges: Reports can be to lengthy and time consuming as well as to many internal meetings. Good training on the products is essential. Long hrs on the road gets exhausting as long its well planned and managed! Also micro managing me is a drainer. I have learned that we are never to old to learn and improve in all areas of life. Skills, personal development, technical knowledge and the application of it depending on the specific circumstances. The ability to change direction and not to get stuck in a routine that can hinder productivity.
Pros: Love to be my own manager and pace my course with the ability to grow in the company
Cons: micro management and unnecessary traveling to the office and out in the week. Apart from the one day in the office schedule

Learning every day
I work alone am very hands on. If you work for yourself you always have the risk of a customar not paying you. so you better be sure of your service to the customer. He must have no reason not to be satisfied with your service. So the pressure is on yourself to complete the job in the shortest time possible. And the job is correct the first time.

I work alone, from home. It provides flexibility but it can be lonely. Most of my current work involves very strict dead lines. However, I work very well under pressure.

Marketing practical
Most of the day we need to get prices for livestock and then to negotiate prices between buyer and seller. Most importantly is to be honest and tell them the price and what is your commission. The hardest thing to do is to satisfy the farmer. But if you are honest everything will work out. Thanks.

Excellent growing potential.
Manufacturing of all light and heavy duty Engineering components in compliance to Nosa and international standards. Project managment, qouting, delegating, stripping, intsalling and manufacturing of these components with a tolerance of 0.02 microns. Outstanding workmanship and qaulity driven!

Working with high profile clients- love it
Currently work nearly 7 days a week, but love it. When I'm not working I spend my time studying Love meeting with all the clients Organising meetings, ATTENDING all meetings

Cons: Love being available all the time. Although I do have kiddies that need my attention a lot
