I am a fast learner and believe in doing things right

At the moment I am self employed at home on the farm. I can work on my own without a problem. I am always willing to learn new things and can go the extra mile if the need is there without hesitation.

Pros: I am not working for a company at the moment.

Electrical, tiling, generators, pumps, plumbing,

I can do all electrical work incl electrical motors, I have knowledge of installing frames. Haning doors all types of maintenance. I have worked at a few cimpanies where I have been supervisor and managed alot of staff. I wirk well with all kinds of people. I would say electricity is my strong point and i can figure just about anything out. Paperwork maybe my weaker point.

Did supervision of 100 people daily with regards to mhsa and making sure production targets are achieved, doing planning, costing, reviews, targets, dealing with hr issues, and keeping people motivated

Company retrench 52 employees

At my previous position I learned a lot about forensic exhibit management, we monitor the process from a crime scene up to the court. Further I also worked RFID and Robots to handle the safekeeping of exhibits. The most challenging part was to rnsure that all the users peripherals were plugged in at thd various sites across the ciuntry.country Training the users were very exciting and the most rewarding part was to make a difference in each and every citizens life, to enable thd SAPS to arrest the criminals and build a solid case against these criminals.

Pros: To build a system that enable SAPS members to do their day to day work better
Cons: To assist users at various sites across the country

My review

The past 2 years I had lots to do. Not only did I run my own business but I helped other people with their businesses also. I implemented training plans, job descriptions and ideas to businesses. We started another company for tourists, and we are currently running 3 businesses. This in itself is a big work description.

Pros: I do it for myself
