I work under a lot of pressure and team work and trust is the key to succsess

I will start by answering emails that came in over night. I will then ensure that all planned work and break downs wave been assigned to the various technicians, and that they have all the correct material to do the work. By this time the admin staff would have arrived and I would follow up with them with on out standing work. I will attend any meetings that were planed. I would rap up the day by making sure that we have completed all the tasks and work set out for the day. For work not completed I would contact the client and discuss the Matter. We have an open relationship built on trust. Treating people with respect you will gain there respect and trust were by production will increase. I enjoy the challenge's of my work and archiving the goals set out for myself and staff. the most challenging part of my work is make the impossible become possible with minimal cost to satisfy the clients.

Pros: Self satisfaction of having all work completed to ensure the future of the company especialy in todays economy
Cons: Contending with the continuis bad ecconmy resulting in client wanting lower prices with the same quality of workman ship

Starting at the bottom and workign my way up the ladder.

The job has a lot of challenges on a daily basis, may it be from clients or employees, and need to be resolved as quick a s possible to ensure that we stay focused on the tasks at hand. My relationship with my employees and employer is based and trust and respect. Working with people is one of the most difficult tasks in to days life as each person has a different understanding of things but on the other hand one of the most rewarding tasks a person can undertake as the success of having everyone working together as a team or teams shows better productivity. Meeting dead lines within budget. One of the most challenging aspects in to days markets is not doing the work but rather contending with the bad economic factor in the country were clients want the work done faster and cheaper, putting a strain on all industries.

Pros: One of the pros of the company I am working for would be the respect and trust I have gained form my employees over the years.
Cons: Not been able to satisfiy everyone all the time

Experince collected is like an investment waiting to be withdrwan

Due to HR background that made me people s person and working with a team was best. But I am able to work also on my own as I like to initiate and test ideas about improving the company. Started working at Finance made me realise that finance is the house keeping department and I enjoyed that.

Pros: Growing with the company
Cons: Devoted to my work and always use available time to work.
