Good work relations with all co workers that encourage team work at all times

A lot of delagation of duties are done without any compensation and the job description is disregarded .The day to day routine wilk be to carry out any duties that at hand. The co-workers cooperate well in pursuit of making or keeping our clients happy and satisfied with the services offered.

Pros: Allows employees to study part time
Cons: No possibilities for promotion or increase in salary package

Good communication skills

Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email, letter or face to face. Ensuring that a customer’s problem is brought to a satisfactory conclusion, Collecting and analysing data to monitor the level of customer service, completing all administrative tasks and updating records. Occasionally having to work in the company call centre. Ensuring all telephone calls are answered within a 15 second time frame. Booking appointments for sales representatives to visit potential customers. Using Word & Excel to write reports and create invoices as well as reconciliation and Debtor’s control,

Pros: Great multitasking skills
Cons: No increase in salary, long working hours and no benefits for overtime
