Excellent leaning curve

Good company to work for. but long hours with minimum rate of payment. Staff are friendly and supportive. Lack of Management skills to the top management. No good communication with the employees. no staff motivation.

Excellent learning curve

always a busy day at the office.my relationship with all employees are great from operator to management.i have learned a lot from always helping others with their duties.i enjoy the work and the people I work with.deadline especially if you have to work from other peoples hands

Company is in trouble and has not made profit for a few months.

The Reason im applying for a new position is because there is no buy in from top management and therefore organised chaos is the order of the day, no pro-activeness, always late reaction, no planning and no buy in at all.

Pros: great learning experience how not to manage a company
Cons: company about to fold.
