Excellent learning curve

My name is Sibongiseni Memani, was a student in electronic engineering at the Central University of Technology of Free State. I have completed National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Electronic) and I have one year in manufacturing engineering and other one year in telecommunications (signal distribution ) @ sentec soc. I believe that I could provide a valuable service to the company, and that my abilities would suit the role you need filled perfectly. I am a self-motivated, well determined and dedicated in Electrical Engineering and Electronics. I am a disciplined, hardworking individual who is always willing to learn. I can work individually and as a team. My skill base knowledge, the love for electronic hardware and programming makes me a particularly strong candidate for this role. I am willing to learn more on hardware and programming to develop my skills, and to serve the company.

Management of discipline and grievance management, represent the company in dispute resolution, Chief Negotiator in wage negotiations and Collective bargaining. Advise management and general employees on employee relations issues, investigate misconduct allegations and initiate disciplinary hearings, chairing of disciplinary hearings, strike management and formulation of policies relating to ER, research trends and update good practices
