I HAVE WORKED MYSELF UP TO A GRAIN MARKETER. IN BETWEEN I HAVE DONE REIPEPTIONIST, GOODSRECEIVED CLERK, TERMINAL CLERK, PA ASSISTANCE, ADMAN MANAGEMENT AND SEVERAL OTHER JOBS AND HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE

Excellent team members learning is encouraged get to play with latest technologies job satisfaction is good but self improvement can be an issue very customer focused and a big player In the agricultural industry but ad far as promotions go u have to be very skilled and be determined if that what u want job security is good

Working experience
Good worklife balance Relationship with co-workers is good I have learnt HR is a good and challenging department to work for. I enjoy making a difference in external and internal customers lives. The most challenging aspect is always working with people but at the same time it is also what I love the most.

Excellent learning curve
A lot of work and applications during season time. employees are close. I have learned how to credit check and analyse financial statements and put together data that is collected. Analyzing an application, putting it together and having it approved. The challenging aspect is getting an application that has information that is short .

I am responsible, loyal and not afraid to adapt to a new environment and always eager to learn. I am an ambitious individual with a desire to make a difference with necessary leadership qualities. Slow movement to new technologies, Indifferent managers, no new growth opportunities, empty promises and over all low moral of all employees, stagnation personal development, high employee turnaround

Dead end job..no promoting prospects
this is a dead end job with nou future promiting prospects learning curve is very essential mostly farm and industrial each year oe so you undergo courses when the systems you work on upgrade each and evry employee is n link in the chain if you didnt do your bit than the next person cant complete his or her part
