The team is small, therefore there's massive exposure

I work in a very fast paced environment. I get along with my colleagues and clients. There's blame game most of the time hence I learnt to put staff in writing as one need to prove themselves most of the time. My clients are very challenging when it comes to subject matter and that pushed me to read more and be on top of my game all the time. My managers do not always give answers to questions, at times I have to figure it out myself in order to give answers. I enjoy the challenge, its a pity that there's very limited to none opportunities for growth.

Cons: Long working hours, definitely no time to knock- off

Experienced and still learning

I hereby apply for a post Electrical foreman as advertised. I am a male of 37 years old and am currently working as an intern Electrical at Sephaku Cement. I am studying towards my Btech and would very much like to obtain a GCC in future.

Great opportunity to learn

A typical day: Stock count, Daily reports, Purchase Order creation. What i have learnt: Stock control, reducing defects or reworks, coordinating month-end activities (project management), Run production month-ends on SAP ERP system, customer focused, Champion for site product change/new product (project management). What I enjoy most: Working with team to deliver best results even under tremendous pressure,
