Very fast learning curve, Business has requirements that were outstanding from previous IT Manager

Typical work day would consist of the following: Project updates, Technical meeting/Feedback session, WMS Integration testing, General IT Management My relationship with my co-workers is excellent, i have established a very strong relationship with most of the co-workers. My exposure to the Cold chain environment has enlightened me to different process around stock management and the importance of particular WMS requirements. Working with the Team on the ground and finding and implementing solutions are what i find an enjoyable part of the day. I do like to get my hands dirty in the technical side of IT as that was my foundation to my IT knowledge. The challenging part of the job to keeping to deadlines in this very fast moving industry and that in the short amount of time i have been with the business we have grown to the point where we have several clients requesting Integration projects to be completed within 2019 ( 12 and counting)

Pros: Great exposure to Cold chain industry
Cons: Location of Work.

I am someone who enjoys working with people. I am Friendly and have passion for people. I am very patient as well and feel that I can be able to handle all customers I will be working with.

Pros: theres lot of room for opportunities as we are being multi skilled as well.
Cons: Long working hours. and Shifts

Since working for this company,now I'm able to multitask.. pick,scann and load using a forklift

Working at Sequence logistics is challenging,coz there's few of us doing a lot of extra jobs.I am a Checker,but what I do at Sequence is to check,pick,repack and sometimes load using Forklift.So in my company,multi tasking is something that you automatically get to learn due to the pressure that we face and overtime.What I gained in this company is hard working skills,able to work under pressure,coz in a month,I don't work less than 23 days

Pros: I'm looking to be a forklift driver hence I have a valid forklift license
Cons: 11hours

It was nice and enjoyable to be there

It was nice to work together with sequence logistics and i got more information about working in warehouse and I do have a knowledge of loading truck and despatch

Great company to work for, management need to play a more important roll with the team members. need to hear them, and listen when they speck. some great ideas come from the Team.
