Excellent learning

I learn everyday there is always something new. Workday starts at 7:30 with making sure our production team has necessary documents, spec sheets, drawings etc to start the day. In between getting all that ready for them i have to manage reception + visitors(coffees and teas) + staff in and out with stationary requirements. Making sure IT is operation for the day.

Pros: Great opportunity learning everyday
Cons: No breaks

A great stay

Call on key accounts, quotes, tenders, orders, specifications, solutions, imports, technical, production, quality control, payments, invoices, materials, branches, sales staff, planning. every day is different, may do all or a portion of the above. Get on extremely well with co-workers I learn every day I enjoy people Management a challenge

Que calls ,for 3hours ,days like fridays,or December

Okay at serco my last job ,I was working in a contact center,we were derling with UK customers, who are very inpatient, rude ,but not all of them ,there time they call in and want to speak with manager, and we have to deal with them and try to make them calm and happy every day ,and also I always be the top perform er in my group and what I enjoyed mostly when ,I get insensitives very most but sometimes we get weekly prizes ,and secro is online shopping company ,thank you,and there was also time ,we have dress Halloween, or dress like we red carpet, or color blocking, and the most best dress win big prizes or voucher,I was real enjoying sometimes, but then comes to an end

Pros: to apply for top position ,must have ,at least 6months bonus on the payslip
Cons: from 2pm till 12am
