Excellent learning curve

The company has great opportunities in total, although I might say that those opportunities are not open for everyone. A typical work day is okay, doing our normal 7 to 5 job responsibilities with breaks in between. My relationship with my cp-workers is okay, because we have proper communication skills and if anyone has a grievance we communicate it well. What I have learned mostly about my job is that more workload actually is straining and that the more opportunities I get to do other jobs makes me learn more about them. The most challenging aspect of my job is that when we have overtime we do not get paid enough for the over time.

Cons: Long working hours
