GOOD

Iam doing day by day risk assessment and enjoying to work with co-workers every day.I learnt that as safety officer i must be my self and put safety fest and tell people about safety every day at work. I enjoyed to be the safety officer at seriti institute. The challenge was that they don't change after i report that workers they work without PPE

Excellent learning curve

No rest for administrators We have a good relationship with co-workers. We have one Administrator per municipality but we communicate everyday sharing experiences and ways to reduce workload. I enjoy using the online administrative system which gave me sound knowledge of data capturing and accountability. Each administrator does admin duties for at least 1000 participants where you are expected to respond to their queries everyday while trying to meet deadlines of monthly reports, data capturing, updating files and responding to emails from Province and Head Office.

Pros: Great working experience
Cons: Salary increased once in three years

Experience gained

Its been a great time , but the contract ends in the next financial year cut off and this is a down fall for working on contract jobs. i am looking for a place where i can work till retirement, and not have the stresses of having to look for a new job every year
