Ability to work independently

Niche Market. Specialized skills. Ability and freedom to work independently. Flexible working hours. Good relationships with co-workers, although with the work from home policy exposure is limited. Working with clients on a grudge purchase product is challenging. Legislative changes are challenging.

Pros: Good bonus/commission structure
Cons: Working with clients on a product that is a "grudge" purchase.
