Excellent learning curve
We have all experienced a learning curve, but it can be applied to business perspective as well. Companies make new products and employees learn new skills. Whether a factory worker is learning to use a new machine to make plastic toys or a computer programmer is learning how to build a website, each of them will experience a learning curve. They will spend less time and cost on each successive attempt as they gain proficiency, learn shortcuts, and make templates. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I am assertive and I am always happy to provide training when it is necessary in order for my subordinates to perform at their best. I have learnt that through repetition of any task given, employees tend to gradually perform faster. The most challenging aspect of the job is to deal with difficult clients, but it is part of the job just like life not being a smooth ride.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotiion
Cons: Long working hours

Great stepping stone into large cooperate
It has its pros and cons but the stabling block is growth and the issue is cooperate culture is terrible no level of professionalism when it comes to engaging with employees which creates a level of disloyalty when it comes to employees as i work on a different site its difficult to communicate concerns purely because i can't voice my immediate concerns with the client im sub contracted to as it viewed as going against company which is never communicated with me the employee so in other words no proper channels to voice concerns relating to the job
Pros: Great opportunity to learn meeting different people from different spheres in life
Cons: No room for growth

Work environment and ethics
Leadership style absolutely not conducive, no working process put in place ,ie suppliers promised payment on the 3rd of a given month but for whatever reason they'll be paid on the 14. This alone paints a bad picture about the company and puts the employees under pressure as we'll keep making excuses for non payment. Limited scope or duties and unreasonable workload. Unrealistic deadlines which impose pressure and tension among colleagues. Unprofessional communication with both the suppliers and internal stuff by the division manager ie, copying in the suppliers on emails which are of insensitive and unprofessional tone.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Unbearable workload
