Excellent learning foundation

My relationship with my co-workers is very good I've learned a lot in the field like penetrating and creative the awerness of the brands in the market,dealing with very difficult brands to be recognized in the market.i enjoyed the work done and the successful campaign we conducted,the most challenging aspects of the job was dealing with buying groups when presenting the products

Good learning curve

Working at SG has taught me how to be my own manager, how to set my own goals and reach target. I really enjoyed working outdoors, and have learnt the importance of time a having to manage my own time. I really liked the fact that there was room for growth.

Review

I am sales rep i see a minimum of 20 shops a day ,selling,delivering ,makerting and merchandising different products. I use my communication skills,selling and problem solving skills. Then I have to deposit the amount to the company every day and report to my manager about the sales, deposit and all the day’s activities.

Good environment

Excellent working environment , but long working hours. Management is not too friendly but top management is. I have learnt quite a bit with my time there , and will always cherish that, The most challenging aspect would be the fast paced no nonsense daily task with no real support from line managers.

Very challenging unorganised environment

Big challenge.Too much office politics and no communication between day/night shift.No SOP'S being followed.No one in operation knows what their responsibility is or what function to perform.operation is understaffed.Employee do not understand the whole operation processes and systems.
