I have learned a lot about this industry and have acquired a lot of experience.

FMCG is not an easy industry,it's got a lot of challenges which builds one to be a very strong individual. Since you get to work with a lot of different people,u get to learn to work with people of different characters. Pressure is an order of the day,so the environment builds one to develop a thick skin. On a brighter sight,I love working with people and the experience that comes with the job. And since you are working with FMCG,you get to work extra hours and you always anticipate a new challenge everyday.

Pros: This industry has a lot of opportunities if you are ambitious
Cons: Overtimes are order of the day since you are working with transport.

Major experience

I am a hard working person who strives for the best at all times. my objection is see employees taken good care off with the needs and challenges they are faced with. I like to build a relationship with employees and solve matters. I have learnt humanity with all expects, and I also learnt to be patient. I have had great experience on multitasking eg. working as a Payroll Administrator and also ensure that employee files are well managed.

Pros: Excellent support
Cons: Working on weekends
