Not worth it

Thinking outside the box helps, taking you Thinking outside the box helps, taking you own initiative to get things done, a typical work day would be getting shouted at. The Co-workers are great every one is very supportive. I have learned that in the construction industry you need to have a very thick skin, not to let people walk over you. The most challenging aspects of the job is actually getting the work done in time own initiative to get things done, a typical work day would be getting shouted at.
