Great experiential learning

Hotels are always busy meaning you be used to working long hours and you also be a person how loves people in order to ve able to pro5 excellent customer services.

Learning curve

My day is unplanned depending on department requirements and assistance. I get along with all my co workers both on a Junior & Senior Level. I have passion in what i do. I have grown alot and learn every day new things. I enjoy a challenge without a fight. Most challenging is debtors collections as we work on target basis and also Balance sheet reconciliations

Pros: Great oppertunity for promotions

Good

A very Good company to work for with a management that understand people,my co workers are very good understand each other so very sweet more especially my department , i have learn a lot cos when i started at Sheraton i was a laundry attendant and i got promoted to be a switchboard operator .the most thing i enjoy at work we work as a team do thing together ,challenges are at work finding a good way of solving them as we work with people put a smile with a happy face.

Cons: 8 to 9 hours
