Well come gets sit them take their food orders place the oder via micros serve the food also in room service take order plce order via micros and deliver and serve the food also set up 4 dinner lunch or breakfast.

Great , high pressure

Busy day from the start with emails and phone calls . Capturing rooming list for Government Group , Tour series , Leisure and Business traveler bookings . I have learnt how to cope well in a busy environment , work well in a team and on my own . Love working with my team they are the best

Great opportunity to meet with all the government minsters and presidents and business owners. My typical work day to clear tables prepare cutlery, glasses and serviettes for guest We have good communication and we listen to each other so that we do not get complains form guest To communicate to listen and to have patience and have the confidence to stand in front off famous people Long hours and double shifts out of the blue

I am an open person

To work at my former company was enjoyable and most of my co-workers worked with so much energy.The kitchen was funny because they warmness that company give to their employees. I am a fast learner and passionate to learn new things everyday. I love new challenges everyday and am willing to work under pressure

Pros: I am reliable and am always on time. I have patience,pride and passion for my food
Cons: I hate fighting with my co-workers

Learned a lot and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity

I learned a lot from being a switchboard operator to end up being a guest Service Agent. I will forever be grateful to my colleagues for always believing in me and their believe in me made me to go extra mile every day. It was nice.
