I have always strive to learn more and improve my self confidence

To work at sheraton is great with friendly people and great friends that helps to improve you and your work. My relation with my co-workers is more than what they expected as some of them use to think im a snob but im exually a peoples person which they find out at a later stage of their career and i have also learned alot from my colleagues as i was a school drop out and all the knowledge i have regarding graphic design is all due to them. what i enjoy these days are the photography part of my job as i recently finished my course and now i am challenging myself to do more and improving my work aspects.

Pros: only pros working for sheraton is that the weekly employers benefit more then the monthly staff
Cons: we get to work 40 hours a week including working till 1 o'clock on a friday which is very beneficial

Excellent curve

1.its always a busy day. 2.we have a very good relationship we help each other we able to solve problems share the ideas. 3.I have learnt a lot recruitment process,induction,how to take calls,how to make calls,how to take messages for the big bosses,paper work,filing,set ups meetings,doing minutes of the meetings,booking showroom for meetings,how to update contracts each month,scan fingers for the people i take in,how to create spreadsheet,how to work on excel with numbers and sums,word,and other programs,sending emails,scanning,how to do reports,assisting my hr manager,how to do reference check, etc 4.I really enjoy my hole work that I am doing. 5.Recruitment process taking people in.

Good learning curve and gaining experience

Hr clerk-organise meetings,do minutes,recruitment and selection,edit time sheets,hand out receive, assit on hr reports,pa for hr manager, organise events,update contracts every month. Plannind administrator-customer service,pipeline,create orders,send receive emails,falling,create job cards for the production floor.

Pros: GREAT OPPORTUNITIES EVERY YEAR
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS
