Great place to learn

Training is given for 5 days. Very brief - studying must be done in your own time. Not strict on targets which is a very big plus Comm is earned from the first sale Communication from HO does not always reach sales team. Not always sure of who is in what position at HO. Management positions were never offered to sales staff. Depending on your store manager roster we always got one full weekend and one half weekend which was great. 7 days off a month. Very fair roster with regards to earlys and lates. You could also make one or two requests. Overall a very good company to work for. I enjoyed my time there

Client focused attidue

RUNNING A SHOWROOM WITH 16 STAFF MEMBERS, MAKING SURE CLIENTS ARE BEING DEALT WITH AS FIRST PRIORITY AND BOOSTING SALES. HANDLING OBJECTIONS AND ALL MERCHANDISE ISSUES. KEEPING STAFF MOTIVATED AND ENERGIZED AND FOCUSED ON SALES

My current position has thought me all aspects of the business. I love sales and training

have extensive customer service experience and an innate sense of adapting to an independent or team oriented environment, leads me to believe that I would be a prime candidate to work for your company. My past employment history and formal education have exposed me to many key facets of running and working in a healthy, prospering business environment. It has made me knowledgeable in areas, but not limited to, sales training, performance management, operations management, employee relations, quality customer service and staff management. I am truly passionate about sales training and customer service. I believe in focusing on employee’s strengths and positive reinforcement. I am a conscientious and hands on employee, with an ability to communicate with both my co-workers and customers professionally, efficiently and with a great team oriented attitude. I can assure you that my work experience and training will help me achieve all goals expected of me.

Excellent growth

Its a lovely company to work for they henuinely care for their staff and build great teams the company is very comfortable to work for extremely elegant and sophisticated Definitely well known and grounded. Has great competition. Uniform is lovely staff are also amazing. ########################################################################################### ##########$$$$

Great company for potential to grow and learn

A place for growth. My coworkers are friendly and always willing to help and guide us. The managers assist us always and they motivate me and allow us to grow by pushing us past our limits

Pros: You get a basic salary plus commision
Cons: retail hours plus weekends

I've come from a sales background And taught myself everything I know to better myself in my field, as well as trained my fellow staff members I'm someone that's hard working and innovative. I'm tech savvy and helpful
