I have been working in the Mining industry since 1998 and started as a Payroll Clerk. Through the years, I gained more experience in Payroll, studied in HR and worked myself up the ranks of the Payroll department. Whilst my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well rounded skill-set, including first rate problem solving skills and organisational abilities, I also excel at: *Administering benefits, compensation for two Mines; *Forecasting and reporting on projected future salaries, CTC costs, etc. Please review my CV for additional information regarding my expertise and career achievements. Getting advice from my colleagues and implementing have proven to be of a good help

My primary duties on daily basis is to make sure that job instruction are giving out correctly and done safety. Arrange daily output to reach monthly targets. Liaise with Engineering foremans to clear any breakdowns and production delays. Give development and motivation to my co-workers and subordinates for production and safety improvement

Pros: With the efforts i am taking in minimizing the breakdowns and maximizing production, I due for a promotional review.
Cons: I sometimes do work long hours depending on magnitude of the breakdown

Good learning curve

Company struggling with cash flow. Always have to make plans to keep plant going. People all hard working.But struggling to keep place going as is.Plant equipment failure due to old and worn

Challenging but good learning curve

Typical work day consists of engineering and production challenges from top management. I enjoy new and complicated challenges always testing my knowledge and ability to think on my feet, I have a great relationship with my subordinates and always get requests from staff in other sections to join my team. I enjoy my job but would like to move on to better my knowledge and to share my knowledge with others.

Pros: Always an option of promotion just depending on timing
Cons: No benefits like medical or pension or bonus
