Shoe City is one of the biggest company working there is nice management is good although sometimes working with customers is hard and tiring you find different types of customers some are nice some are very hard but then it's good...although it's still a retail shop and one would wish to get a job they have a qualification for.. like myself I want to be a financial accountant or anything in finance

I'm able to come up with new ideas and motivate my team mates and also provide them with trainings. my main objectives would be to achieve sales, to reduce stockloss and maintain store standard.Thank you.

I need to feature my skills

Am a hard worker with a desire to work with a group of people. And I love challenges and I don't mind ot work under pressure.Am a easy person and love to work with a group of people.I as Shirley love to work with different people and I strive to achieve the goals of the company.I also don't mind to work overtime to complete my task that I will be given to do.

Excellent learning

I am a young lady of 29 years old willing to learn new things in life. I honest ,trustworthy good communication skills . I can work under pressure and I can work long hours . Working at shoe city has taught me a lot like dealing with customers .what I enjoyed most is working with different type of people . I have a good relationship with other workers we work as a team.

Excellent on doing my job

I like working with people,challenge it's when the company drop with the profit,my relationship with co-workers was very good,what I enjoy most it's when my boss shows me some mistakes I did,I work every day except on Sunday

Good leaning

It was good being a cashier, leaning to communicate with customers also gaining experience of working with people, my relationship with coworkers was great even sometimes was working in groups, I've learnt a good communication with customers and till skill ,I've enjoy so much, the most challenging thing was during month end and holidays a store became more busy.

Greate experience

Working at shoe city is so amazing and I have learned alot I've gained experience and get to understand how to deal with customers on a daily bases , my colleagues were so supportive and helping. I now have knowledge in how to do admin ,cashier and customer services. Yes sometimes the are challenges we facing but what I have learned is the customer is always right in fact you have to know how to deal with an angry customer in order to build a good picture of the company.
