Wanting to explore new ventures and grow within a company

Shoprite checkers is a very good and well establised company, however the working hours are to long and it effects family time as theres no balance, i work 8 to 7 monday to friday, saturday 8 to 5, sunday 10 to 3 30, with 1 weekend off a month. The salary structure put in place is not reasonable as i iam fully resposible for all operations in my store from banking,odering,recieving,stocktakes,house keeping,cashing,merchandising,filing,wastage etc..

Pros: very stable company
Cons: long working hours

Tough. no life balance.long working hours.under paid

Good company to work for however there is no life balance, the salary isint that good and you dont have a set duty, there are to many senior managers and they all expect diffrent things wich is sometimes frustrating.

Pros: good yearly bonus
