It good company because sometimes u work different departments and get more experience and knowledge as like me I started as apacker then I got promoted as a cashier den I became money market clerk an also doing some other job at cash office such as paper work ,cashups ,pickups ,filling so it a good company because of lot of opportunity.

Good working conditions, dealing with different customers .

Busy working environment that requires a good mind set. Concentration and patience to obtain good working standards for the customers and staff members including the supplier .

Great experiences

At my previous job it was normal job hours but the we worked overtime but wasn't paid it wasn't much but I was thankful we were paid weekly My relationship with my co-workers was ups and downs but we had a good understanding with each other I learned a lot by my co-workers like working under pressure I enjoyed the fun environment The most challenging was handling difficult customers

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY AND WHAT I HAVE LEARNT, I WORKED FOR THE COMPANY FOR FIVE YEARS STARTED AS SHELF PACKER, I AM RESPOSIBLE FOR THE SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE BUSINESS AND MAKE SURE THAT ALL PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED, I PLAN FOR THE DAILY TASK, AND WEEKLY TASK, MANAGE PROMOTION AND ATTEND TO CUSTOMER QUIRY, DO DAILY REPORT IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR THE STORE, DEVELOPMENT OF STAFF, FIND WAYS TO MAXIMAZE SALES, FIND WAYS TO FIGHT SHRINKAGE, I LIKE THE MONTH END PROMOTION AS IT IS BUSY PEOPLE ARE BUYING A LOT WHEN I FIGHT WITH THE SUPPLIERS OBOUT LATE DELIVERIRS BUT IS FUN AND KEEP EVERYONE BUSY.

Excellent learning curve

Having me in the company I think the company will grow in terms of improving the business because I'm a hard worker. I like working individual and working as team as well . what I likely most at work is to make everyone smile of making jokes and respect each other its important at work

Good customer service

Firstly i liked working at shoprite as it was my First job,and they have given me an experience inretail.Working there is very nice as we working together with my colleagues.And it is very nice working with people(customers)

I am very passionate in working as a receptionist,I have good communication skills,I have good skills in ms word,excell,intergration and powerpoint I like working,As a student from TUT I will be very effective

I money market clerk

Working with the customers gave me an a good experience and I have a good heart to everyone now because it was hard to me to deal with a people like me (customers) but I have learned so much I have skill,time management, I am a brave woman who always know how to handle problems.

Excellent learning curve working at Shoprite

Shoprite it has been a good company for a great growing It made me enjoy retail ever since I engaged with the company Most difficult thing is there is no overtime but we working very long hours per day Cooperation it's very good with the bosses and team work it's also good with staff

Cons: Longs hours and 2 weekends off a month
