Giving an experiences and an excellent performance

I would like work hand in hand with production personal on daily basis and get to understand the progress and processes so how can i insure the availability of my equipment.that is a way of learning and growing within the company with understanding of its objectives and bring good team work. i learnt that team work with common goal brings results. I enjoyed the cultural diversity that is being motivated by common goal as team. The most challenging aspects is(1)negative attitude with the team (2)lack of knowledge /competency (3)timing and decision making (4)level of communication

Pros: less great promotion in the department an less training
Cons: Long working days

Excellent,inspiring,team work,winning Team work

It's very inspiring,always prepared for any pressure ensuing or coming forth, It's a tough industry ,have tro face underground challenges on daily basis(conditions and people factors). You have to assert yourself and always ensure to be ahead of yourself and know all the intricacies pertaining to mining.

Cons: No specified working hours

It's a greater environment to work at and reasonable working hours with great supervision.

I work as an Hydraulic Assembler at the mines and I enjoy anything that has to do with hydraulic or any sort of its couplings although it's sometimes a challenge to keep the client happy because Machines are sometimes complicated at some point but I take it as a learning curve.

Pros: Learning hydraulic always
Cons: Little leave
