I take every opportunity very serious

I have a great relationship with my coworkers.what I enjoy most is making sure that our customers are happy and feel special because they are.and I love reaching targets. I have learned that whatever I go through at home, I should never take it to work with me if it is negative.i have learned to be a team player, to be smart and be very patient. The most challenging aspect of the job for me i would say none.because I have learned to deal with difficult customers who are not pleased by anything but I'm so patient and making them see im listening and understanding their frustrations so that I can be able to deal with them politely and with dignity and respect at the end of the day we walk away both winner

Pros: I would of course like to grow within the industry,like bring the regional manager
Cons: 12 hours is the longest i have ever worked,but overtime paid is grate

Good retail experience. No growth. Lot of staff Movement with no allowance allocated

Working with the staff I had over the years was exciting a lot and I learnt a lot on how to deal different kinds people frftvvvom different backgrounds with different purposes. We were being moved a lot ifffn the company without any allowances allocated to us. I'm very good at convincing customers this what exactly I was doing at side step.

I'm very good at convincing customers this is exactly what I was doing at side step, doing counter sales its not easy but the key to reach a goal is always be a smile, welcome customer so friendly its very easy to win their heart.

Pros: Team work
Cons: Long hours
