Great learning opportunity
My current company is big and great company to work which offers great opportunities to grow to hardworking and those that want to achieve greatly in their lives. My job is to manage a pool of engineers for 3 contracts with offices all over the country. Its demanding but I enjoy every moment since I like working with people. My typical day includes going to meeting clients, handle meetings and the management of my staff and a lot more. I believe my staff is happy with me since we engage a lot and out what I hear and see, they are all great to have me as their manager. Over the year I have learnt that its always great to list to people because you learn a lot out hearing people out. Also learning doesn't stop for anyone and one can learn a lot from anyone even very young people. I really enjoy working with and helping other people. To much work very little time to do it the best way.

Cons: No resting time throughout the year.

Excellant in sharing Idears and solve problems

Excellent in learning
Person who like to improve way of work at all time .willing to face challeges and work under pressure ,Team work always makes good improvement and produce good Quality product .Communication is key to all activities in production .always work by using method of Plan and make shore it excecuted in time as it plan as much as there will be problems bt continous improvement .

Excellent learning curve
My typical work day, was to meet customers deadline for their projects, ensuring that their material was delivered on site in order for them to start with their projects. Maintaining a high level of professionalism is always a top priority, and I believe every employee is valuable and should be treated with respect. I have learnt that you are never to old to learn knew things in life, it's how you receive that knowledge or Intel and what you do with it. The most challenging aspects of the job was if there was no material or no proper details provided by the sales team or the customer, you cannot load or proceed to order material from 3rd party if the information was provided incorrectly, so to obtain all the details and ensure timelessly delivery because my customer also have a customer to please was sometimes a challenge, but proper planing prevent problems like this and that's why teamwork is so important.

Self Discipline; Commitment
I enjoyed working at Siemens but unfortunately the manual climbing of the high elevated turbine structures on a daily basis was not suitable due to operation in my right foot. I've also realized that I have a very strong administrative passion although I am a technical equipped candidate. I am confident that combing the 2 skills, practical and administrative, that I will be an asset to any company employing me.
