Strong Administration skill, self disciplined and deadline driven

I appreciate and enjoy my work when managing learner academic progress, As it helps me to evaluate my strength and weaknesses on a daily basis with the challenges that comes with it. Learning to deal and interact with different characters in my work place Namely( Learners,Facilitators, Assessors and Moderators) Encouraging me to weigh and improve my interpersonal potential and communication ability. I have learnt the importance of planning and scheduling my daily tasks so that I can carry them in a professional manner. This has enabled me to deliver the expected deadlines or performance standards and has upskilled as a person as well. I enjoy the good interaction and respect I have with my colleagues which makes our work easier and looking forward to come to work. Challenging aspect is when I don't receive my reports in time and poor quality of work form the fellow colleagues. As this somehow derails my plans for the day and creates backlog necessarily.

Pros: I now have a broad understanding of training and development field.
Cons: Backlog and Exiting of groups

Expand my career and apply my skills set gained in my current job

PROGRAMME COORDINATOR FOR A CAMPUS CALLED SIGNA GROUP. I AM THE ACADEMIC COORDINATOR, MANAGE THE CAMPUS. OTHER TASK INCLUDE MANAGE THE LEARNERS FACILITATORS & MANAGES SITES. Pros: Human interaction on a daily basis. My job is fulfilling as I help other people everyday.
Cons: Driving to sites, which is 150 km away regularly.

Things about myself

I'm a very hard worker I can work alone and work well in a team. I'm a team player as well. I love learning new things and keep a open mind. I am confident and I take pride in everything I do. I would love to work in a office environment were I can voice my opinion and give input as well. An environment were your input gets recognised and were you can grow.

Pros: I will work myself up. I am willing to start at the bottom and work myself up.
Cons: Will have to see

Excellent at starting something new and taking on challenges.

a typical day at work is assisting my boss when she is in, if she is not in a stand in for her, but as i walk in i sort out staff, turn my computer on sort my emails, deal with clients, deal with learners. my relationship with my co-workers is very good i have learnt how to be patient due to the fact that we deal with alot of diabled people so they need special care. i enjoy working with people and helping them out and putting smiles on peoples faces. my most challenging aspect about my job currently is dealing with the diabled as well as making sure my staff members are sorted. my name is sheralyn Parbhoo i work for signa Academy i am the quality assurance assistant

Excellent learning academy

I have BA3 Can get along with other work member willing to work over time and love learning and getting experience with in work environment always .Seeing every opportunity as a way of building an gain in experience respected other .

Excellent learning curve

I am able to learn more about social services. most of what I do I enjoy and I am able to start a project form afresh To help people in need by offering advice, implementing treatment plans, and giving access to community service. Interacting with clients, coordinating with agencies and handling paperwork • Serve as liaison between Signa and the community • Provide interventions for learners • Develop and coordinate programs for stuff and learner’s well-being respectively • Crisis intervention

Cons: no opportunities for promotion

There's no opportunity for growth

The Directors don't boost the staff morale There is a lot of racism and segregation No growth The working hours are good The Most challenging part of my Job is learner recruitment more especially when one has deadlines to meet. There's company annual shut down in December but they take those days from our leave days

Excellent growing

I'm highly competent, motivated and enthusiastic administrative with experience of working as ETQA administrator for signa Academy where I'm responsible for liaising with setas about implementation process for learnerships and registering learners using setas LMS system.I'm well organized and proactive in providing timely, efficient and accurate administrative support to office managers and work colleagues. Approachable and able to establish good working relationships with a range of different people. Possessing a proven ability to use LMS system and the background of IT skills that possessed from PC training and business college. Currently looking for a suitable position with a reputable and ambitious company.

Great learning curve

The company is very fast paced as most of the business coming in from clients requires prompt responses. This therefore requires one to continually work long hours to cover work for the current day and any unexpected work that came in on that specific day. Team is young energetic and vibrant, we all need to be thinking on feet and as a manager you need to have a high level thinking in order see the unexpected, so I would say do not think on your feet but think on air and keep flying.

Pros: Great company to gain a wide range of experience in the training field
Cons: long daily working hours and most work is often urgent

Great experience

I enjoy working at Signa because of the atmosphere between Colleagues and the great leader that we have, he gives us space to grow and great support in whatever good thing we are doing. Working with disabled learners is a bit challenging but because I love and enjoy what I'm doing I'm able to manage them.
