IconsulInvited tp act as project consultant on the localization of part from Thailand for the Ford Ranger T6. Completed project after 12 months and was offered a permanent position as Commercial Manager.

Pros: I start working as an General assisstant untill i get promation to work as an operater within three month from the start at work-place.
Cons: We start working from 0700 to 16:30. futhermore is an overtime untill 18:00

I have 4 years experience in Quality Inspection and 3 years Internal Auditing experience in the same company I was trained as Production Supervisor still awaiting Certificate

The opportunities are there for self improvement if you really love the job you doing

Experience has proven to me that my line of duty has more issues regarding work ethics and challenges are plenty because you have to deal with people who always do the opposite of what's required and dealing with supplies gives challenges too but I have learnt that my job needs more accuracy and determination.

Pros: Not possible especially when your boss is clueless about the product(the boss is the limit)
Cons: The hours are normal
