Have been exposed to many alliance companies

> The daily challenges and meeting up with it. > Always interacting with co-workers as a manager and HR issues. > Coming from a back ground with admin duties and mainly in an office environment i have leant much about fleet management and expatriation from dealerships and general knowledge on the engine on trucks/car and earthmoving equipment. > Meeting with new clients and understanding each ones needs. > In how case its the weather that can be challenging and still trying to meet up with the clients needs.

Pros: In the two years i have been with the company my title just grew bigger
Cons: Not enough hours in the day to do more

Learning how to cope

Very stressful as I do 2 jobs at once. I also do the creditors and debtors side as well as client liaison. My relationship with co-workers are great I have learned that you can work with a bad boss and still be happy in what you do I love the customers

Pros: No opportunity for growth
Cons: Mental breakdown
