Excellent learning

The owner of the company does not have trust on his employees he has trusting issues.but i have learnt a lot from this company. i have a good relationship with people working there.

It makes me happy to see the people that am working smile after i have explained something to them .

Working at Simply Salads has taught me how to be patient since am working with different people from different age and working with less educated people. I have learn so much for example am doing creating order form Pastel and Invoice Customers and Suppliers and I do Petty Cash as well. Am also working with VIP Payroll to do wages for the staff . My typical working day is Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pmI have a good working relationship with my colleagues. I enjoy working with people and helping them when they have problems and I enjoying working on Pastel

Pros: I have grown , I have come to understand my abilities and strenght
Cons: Working long hours especial when there is a holiday before pay day for the wages
