Excellent learning curve

I have worked here for 5 years now.A typical day would be according to my routine and the amount of work i do depends on the amount of work done in field as i capture all their work. We sometimes are close but there definitely is some segregation as according to ranks and salaries. I have learnt a lot in the years I have been here and gone stronger when it comes to my office skills.On a personal level as well I have learnt to adapt to the environment since we are based in the forest. What i enjoy the most is the location.Peace and quiet. The most challenging part of my job is not being rewarded or recognized accordingly. As in does not matter how hard or how much you put effort into you work it sometimes goes unnoticed.

Pros: Cost of living since we live on the premises and walk to work
Cons: NO opportunity for growth and segregation

Lack of opportunities to learn further

Toolbox Talk every morning to discuss what happened the previous day to see how best we can improve. I am Team player, before i do anything that is going to affect others, I fiest consult with them to get their views and get their opinions. I like switching between Timber Industry and Fruits Packaging Plants,that is basically what my Company do. The types of injuries that happen caused by ill discipline and culture instilled, lack of accountability from Employees.

Pros: Stagnant
Cons: Too much travelling
