Can teach anyone multiple job descriptions

Early morning meeting with a cup of coffee. Then doing rounds on sites checking progress and problem solving if need be.Mixing with co workers is very important on the ground because its there were respect is found and given.Love it when all sites ate running smooth which is the challenge because very seldom does,so everyday is a challenge but when the bug has bitten you,you live for the challenges everyday. Through the years have learnt one thing teaching young ones is very important for all, the company increases and there is always a new hard working young man to fill your shoes.

Pros: Very strick Person on the job but fair
Cons: Working day is not complete until all work is complete

Excellent learning curve and lots of exposure

Every self conscious and issues regarding payments of salaries Lots 9f 2ork outside of Durban and the travelling to and from work becomes abit too much to handle also no assistance with petrol And housing subsidy when u work out of Durban.

Pros: Always looking to expand your mentality
Cons: No promotions within the company

I easily adjust and adapt to any environment

I am a conscientious person who works hard and I have an eye for detail. I cope well under any environment because I easily adjust to change and reason maturely. I enjoy working with enthusiasm and giving my job my best to achieve goals set at hand.

Pros: I'm a hard worker who works u enthusiasm and give my job my best to achieve any goal set at hand.
Cons: I cope well under any environment and adjust to change and reason maturely under any pressure placed on me.
