I went to ctc for my training of being a mechanical fitter .

. . .n Siyanqobangamandla is a company that is looking after its workers all the times, i leant to be myself supervisor there because every job you are given should be completed are according to the procedure, my assistants used to give me hard time but i could handle them with a good strategy, like leading them by example at all time

Pros: Opportunities for promotion were there but scares
Cons: We could work more than 12 hours just make sure the machine is back to operation
