Work well under pressure

I've been a contractor for the past 7 years. No training of any kind was given to me ever since I got here. So that makes me a good learner. I was constantly pressurized but still manage. I learn to work with other people as a team

Excellent exposure to the recruitment industry

It is a highly pressurized environment where excellent people skills comes in to play. There are deadlines and delegation of tasks that are set out daily and weekly. Diary management of the CEO, whilst processing tenders and meeting visitors are daily functions. The most challenging thing I need to attend to is to delegate tasks to others, as I have been let down previously by colleges not meeting deadlines, so i tend to take on a lot of added responsibilities myself

Pros: great exposure and learing curves
Cons: Staff who are not always willing to lend a hand

Excellent learning curve

I have excellent communication and computer skills, I can work hard under pressure and work well with other people. I have supervised a team of 144 people in Dispatch at University of South Africa whereby we did all receiving and distribution of study materials. I have experience in picking and packing of study materials.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours
