Professional and personal growth.

I am an energetic self motivated individual. I enjoy meeting new people, creating new business relationships as well as being thrown into something new and challenging. I enjoy learning new skills, the idea that ones brain has the ability to soak up information fascinates me. Although I do love reading, writing is my true passion. I have most recently started my very own blog which allows me to express my thoughts. My working experience have taught me that although it is good to work in a team; one also needs to stand as an individual. I believe I would be a great addition to your organisation as I am a genuine outgoing, caring, easy flowing person who basically just fits in anywhere. Thank you for taking the time to review my CV, and I look forward to hearing from you soonest. Regards Callie Angelique Skorbinski

Pros: Great growth opportunity
Cons: Working shifts

Wonderful and very friendly

The company has merge with other entities and it's no longer the same environment and the is no opportunity for gro. I have learned a lot from my colleagues and learners ,the experience of engaging with different learners living with disability made m be more patient, caring ,learn and understand. My time spend at Siyaya Skills Institute was wonderful, loving, supportiveand treated like family. Had fun things when we celebrated every Holidays,Seminars ,outreach and host visits..

Pros: working with different learners
Cons: no promotional opportunities and not being acknowledged

Breaking Learning Barriers

A typical work day is during assessment and practical. These a good working environment with my co-workers. Team work trusting each other. We all have good understanding for each OTHER. I HAVEL EARNED THAT trusting EACH WILL LEAD TO GOOD WORKING ENIROMNEST. I enjoy WORKING WITH LEARNERS HAVING GOOD COMMUNICATION AND UNDERSTANDING . THE MOST CHALLENGING OF MY JOB IS ABSENTEEIM AND LATE COMING OF LEARNERS CAUSING LATE SUBMISSON OF MODULES AND ALSO DIFFICULTIES TO REACH DEADLINE.

Pros: Good changes for promotions
Cons: Absenteeism and Late coming

Great Learning Opportunity

A typical day at Siyaya Skills Institute would be that you can never expect the same day to repeat its self. Each day comes with its own experiences and challenges. I have a great relationship with my colleagues they are like a family away from home and hold each of them dearly in my department. I enjoy the uncertainty of what will happen each day the most there is never a dull moment. I learnt all about the Training Industry's inner workings and I enjoyed the learning process. The most challenging aspect of the job is that the work load is way to much and with budget cuts one person has to do everything.

Pros: Great learning environment, was taught all the in's and outs of a training environment.
Cons: No growth opportunities, the company is going through a bit of a financial challenge.

My name is Mbali Ngcongo. I go an extra mile to ensure organisational goals are met.

Siyaya Skills Institute is training company that offers learnerships to unemployed individuals both able and disabled. I work as an administrator where I administer learnership projects from inception tell completion. I compile stipend recons to be sent to clients, I track learner attendance and populate learner agreements and contracts. I do stocktake at the end of the week and report to manager. I compile close out reports for all the projects that have ended, follow up with SETAs for proof of registrations.

Pros: Great opportunity for administrative skills
Cons: Long working hours, short salary

Learning new things

I conduct mentoring sessions and counselling to learners ,training on the new project ,assist with office duties, capturing of database ,report ,typing ,filing, scanning ,copying ,emails and organize events. I work very well with my cor-workers ,mostly as a team and really supportive through hard times in my personal life ,also work related and they great people to work with. I have learned to conduct training of 40 learners in one class ,to comply reports , share a meeting ,Health and Safety Representative .i enjoy communicating with different people on a daily basis and assisting individuals with their problems and to counsel them so that i put a smile on their faces.By making a difference in their lives and referring them to qualified individuals that can assist further The challenging aspect of my job is when a learner has personal problems that affects them emotional.

Pros: learning new things in different department
Cons: more work and no opportunity for promotion
