Fast paced working environment

Working in a fast paced service desk environment is very thrilling as I enjoy working in a busy environment. What I enjoy about my job is getting to interact with clients making sure they are assisted with the calls logged and seeing that their issues are resolved as it is satisfying to know I have helped someone.

Excellent learning an telecoms skills

I learnt alot of technical skills an educate my clients It's lovely working with my teammates An environment is peaceful an we were sent on a SDA course aswel etc to develop skills
