Growth is measured in years not qualification and has limits,management is acquired by means of experience at company nothing else.Good starter company for learners and first timers on the job market to get to know the retail industry better and gain experience.

Excellent learning and leadership curve

My experience n working at studio88 or skipper bar it's the same company I have learned a lot and experienced more and more knowledge and experience ...but I have to experience more outside the company .. thought rental it's a good start for a person who doesn't have experience ...but then it's bit challenging there and there but with focus you can go far.

Pros: Yes it's a great opportunity

Hard worker and able to work under pressure

I am a hard worker. Excellent at leaning other jobs I know how to manage stuff because I was a manager at Skipper Bar for 2 months . I have the ability to work with or as a team. I am good in problems solving. I am loyal and faithful. I have learned to love and care for others. Take everything seriously and love what am doing. We are working 9 hours per day on Monday to Friday, on Saturday we work 8hours and on Sunday we work 5hours.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
